To enroll at HMA, all candidates are required to complete and send the Enrolment Form along with all required enclosures to:
HM AEROSPACE SDN. BHD. 49, THE BOULEVARD, MID VALLEY CITY, LINGKARAN SYED PUTRA, 59200 KUALA LUMPUR.

For overseas candidates, pre-visa assessment at a Malaysian Embassy may be required. Visa proceeding will only commence upon HMA’s receipt of all initial fees.

These documents are required to be submitted along with the Enrolment Form:-

• Two (2) copies of applicant’s Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (DCA)  approval letter
• Two (2) copies (one original and one copy) of applicant’s Malaysian Class I medical certificate for CPL and Class II medical certificate for PPL from DCA-approved medical practitioner
• Two (2) certified true copies of applicant’s academic qualifications
• Two (2) certified true copies of applicant’s NRIC or passport
• Two (2) certified true copies of sponsor NRIC or passport
• HM Aerospace Sdn Bhd Enrolment Form
• Two (2) passport sized non-returnable color photographs
• One (1) copy of applicant’s CPL / IR ratings and qualification (for ATPL – Theory & AFI Courses); and
• A proof copy of 150 hours as Pilot – In – Command (For AFI Course)
• Payment shall be made in a form of Banker’s Cheque/Bank Draft to our Head Office, Kuala Lumpur or direct deposit to HM Aerospace Sdn Bhd Maybank account no. 5-14486-20348-4 (please attach a copy of the Banker’s Cheque or payment slip).
  
  

A conditional offer letter will be sent by HMA to acknowledge that the application is successful subject to meeting all conditions as specified and duly executed contract documentations thereafter. It is advisable for an overseas candidate to proceed with the visa processes simultaneously upon receiving the conditional offer letter.

Candidates are required to pay an Enrolment and Reservation Fees of RINGGIT MALAYSIA TEN THOUSANDS (RM10, 000.00) ONLY upon registration of the Enrolment Form by HMA. Please note that HMA may at its absolute discretion decide not to process or reject the application unless this Enrolment Form has been duly completed, or the above documents have been fully furnished and all terms and conditions has been met with satisfaction of HMA.
